Question:
In a 100 watt system, with all components housed in a shed, with solar panel on the shed, can I use a 12 gauge 25 foot extension cord on the AC end of the inverter to enter my basement and power my Hyonics setup?

I reached out to the manufacturer, and this is what they told me regarding your use of the Go Power Retreat Solar Charging System with Digital Solar Controller - 100 Watt Solar Panel # 34272635 and Go Power Heavy-Duty Modified Sine Wave Inverter - 1,000 Watts - 12V # 34280176 on a shed with an extension cord:
"If they use a 25’ extension cord at 12 gauge plugged into the inverter that should be fine, it is a little small but should work. I would note that the GP-1000HD is a modified sine wave inverter and not ideal for sensitive electronics."
I am not sure what you are referencing by "Hyonics" which is why the note about sensitive electronics.
I have added a link to some video reviews for you to check out as well.
