The Curt Hitch # C11111 will not require drilling for installation on your 2012 Infiniti M37, however there will be some trimming of the underbody panel prior to installation. This trimming would not be visible from the rear of your vehicle. This trimming is necessary to allow the receiver opening to pass through this panel. Check out the installation instructions that I attached that show how it will be modified.
This hitch comes with a ball mount and a pin and clip. You may also be interested in a Hitch Ball with a 1-7/8 inch diameter # 19256 and/or a Hitch Ball with a 2 inch diameter # 19258. For trailer wiring you will need to consult your local Infiniti dealership.
