Hello etrailer, Wanted to ask to see if you had the measurement, for both the Curt and Draw-Tite, from the hitch backside to the spare tire? How much clearance is there? Thank You

I can help you get an idea of the clearance on your 2012 Lexus GX 460 but we didn't take that measurement when we installed either the Draw-Tite # 75685 or the Curt # C13043 so I don't have the exact distance.
I measured from the center of of the mounting holes closest to the spare on both hitches to the closest part of the hitch and it's about 3/4 of an inch on the Curt and 7/16 of an inch on the Draw-Tite. On both hitches the mounting holes line up pretty much even with the straight edge along the hitch, not counting the two tabs sticking towards the tire.
If you take the measurement on your Lexus from the center of the holes the hitch mounts into (the ones closest to the tire) you should get a good idea where the hitch will be.
