Can I connect this product to a 3 inch pvc pipe using a 3 Inch flexible tee coupling?

You should be able to put the Camco RV Clear 45-Degree Sewer Hose Adapter w/ Bayonet Fitting # CAM39432 onto PVC pipe with a tee coupling like you find in a hardware store. It is designed to fit standard 3" RV sewer hoses so there's no guarantee it will work in your scenario, but it seems like it will be fine. You may want to consider using the Camco RV Sewer Hose Twist-It Clamps # CAM39553 as well for added security.
