I am just wondering if the Tekonsha 3015-S is a direct color to color wire connection with the Redac TowPro Elite wires? Meaning: Black to Black - 12V White to White - Ground Red to Red - Brake Lights Blue to Blue - Trailer Breaks Thank you in advance!

Yes. you are correct! You will connect the Tekonsha # 3015-S to the brake controller wires on your RedArc Tow Pro Elite # RED44FR matching them color for color. You can then plug the end of the adapter into the brake controller port on your 2003 Hummer H2.
