Is there a Thule TK older cross bar model version of foot mount that fits the Honda CRV 2007?

The 2007 Honda CR-V uses the Thule Rapid Podium Feet part # TH460R, not the Thule Tracker Feet. There is no way to mount the Thule Tracker Feet on a Honda CR-V. In order to mount the Thule Rapid Podium Feet on a Honda CR-V you also need the Thule Fit Kit for Podium Style Foot Pack part # THKIT3042. The Thule Rapid Podium Feet will then work with any Thule crossbars with channels on the bottom like the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars part # TH711220.
It sounds like you might be trying to transfer an old Thule Tracker Roof Rack on a Honda CR-V but that is just simply not possible. Therefore, if you need a roof rack you would need an entire new roof rack like the Inno Square Crossbar System part # INB117, part # INXP, and part # INTR121 which is the most cost effective option available.
