I have a 2009 ford f350 6.4 lariat.was wonder where the fuse is located for the rear view mirror camera

According to my research, fuse 73 in the Power Distribution Box on your 2009 Ford F-350 controls the Reverse Camera System; this will be a 2-Amp fuse. This fuse box is located in the engine compartment, not in the passenger cabin.
The good news is that the Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera # HM50002 comes included with a 3.5" monitor that works with the included camera- so you don't need to wire it into the rear-view mirror. I've linked a video review of this product and the installation for you to have a look at, as well.
