Question:
Trailer hitch for 2004 Hyundai fit a 2013 Kia Rio ex sedan

I have a solution for you, but a hitch from a 2004 Hyundai Accent will not fit on a 2013 Kia Rio Ex sedan; I understand the confusion since some of the hitches available for the 2013 Rio are also a fit on some Hyundai and Volkswagen models. Instead, you will want to use the Draw-Tite # 24884, which is a confirmed fit on the 2013 Kia Rio sedans.
If you're going to be towing a small, lightweight trailer with this hitch, you'll need a few other components for a complete towing setup. I've gone ahead and provided a quick list of those parts below.
Wiring- Curt # C56157
Ball Mount- Draw-Tite # 3594
Hitch Ball- 1-7/8" ball # 19256 or 2" ball # 19258
