The most vertical load capacity available for the 2001 Dodge 2500 when it comes to a front mount hitch is Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit part # 65003 which provides 500 lbs vertical load. There is not a front mount hitch available that allows you to carry 800 lbs plus the weight of the carrier itself.
Your best option to carry 2 motorcycles that weigh 400 lbs is to use Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class IV - 2" part # 14001 as long as the Dodge does not have a roll pan bumper. Then you can tow the motorcycles on a small trailer. I recommend to use a ratchet strap with shock absorber like part # 297-9RSBB-M to tie them down.
Another option is haul them in the bed of the truck, I recommend to use a load ramp like part # EM07486 to help you get them in the bed and tie them down.
