Will the Curt 13902 Multi Fit hitch fit an older 1995 Chevy C1500 Long Bed

I do have a great option for you, however I checked with Curt and it doesn't look like the Multi-Fit Class III Trailer Hitch # C13902 will fit without some significant modifications on your older 1995 Chevy C1500.

As long as you have the factory standard or step bumper, a much better option is with the Curt Class III # C13042. This hitch is specifically designed for this truck and it will use existing holes in it's frame rails for a no-drill installation. The spare tire will need to be lowered during the process but can be put back in place once the hitch is mounted.

The hitch itself features a 6,000 pound towing weight capacity, a 600 pound tongue weight limit, and is assembled right here in the USA. I have attached the written installation manual below that you can also look through.
