I have a 2007 caliber and I order this hitch but bolts doesnt fit on the holes any suggestions?

Take a look at the 4 bolts that came with the hitch. Make sure that they are 5/8-11 x 4 bolts. You will need to measure the diameter of the bolts where the threads are.
If you look at the video I have linked, you will see that our installer has to clean out the holes to get the bolts to fit through the frame. The holes could have corrosion and road grime build up inside where you cannot see it and cleaning it out should allow the bolts to fit. It will be a tight fit even after the holes are cleaned out.
If it is a case where the holes in the hitch are not lining up with the holes in the frame, then what probably occurred is that the hitch flexed some in the shipping process. As long as there are no stress fractures or marks or paint flaking off where the hitch flexed, you can bend it back. Use an open step, bench vise, or any method that will allow you to apply controlled force to the hitch to bend it back.
