I had a Reese 20K companion hitch for my 2016 Ford F350. I traded my Ford for a 2019 Ram 3500 Buckhorn. We had a tow package for a companion hitch installed. My question is, is there a adaptor bar or brackets that will fit a reese hitch for a ford F350 to a reese hitch for a ram 3500. The Ram hitch foot plate is wider than the Fords.

Its sounds like you have the Reese M5 Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # RP30921. If that is the case then what you will need is the Replacement Legs part # RP30917. That said, you could also just go ahead and sell the Reese M5 Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch so you can obtain the Reese OEM 5th Wheel Hitch part # RP30918.
