Will either the Curt or DrawTite front receiver hitches fit my 2016 1500 Limited with AirRide suspension please? If so, which would mount higher “hiding” it in the lower wind faring please? Wanting to mount a light duty snowplow, would like the receiver as unremarkable as possible.

Curt has the front hitch part # 31374 as a fit for your 2016 Ram 1500 Limited with no fit exclusions for if the vehicle has air ride suspension. The same goes for the Draw Tite # 65062 that you mentioned.
Since you want as hidden of a hitch as possible you'd want the Curt # 31374 which is more recessed under the front bumper.
