How can I mount this hitch flush with bed on my 2004 gmc sle 2500 8 foot box? Is there a mounting bracket available or do I have to make my own? It is ok If hitch sticks up a little if necessary. thanks

Since the Curt Overbed, Folding Ball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # C61505-52 mounts on top of your truck bed, you won't get it complete flush regardless of a mounting bracket. If you're looking for something that will give you a clean truck bed, I would actually recommend using the Curt Double Lock Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitch w/ Installation Kit for 30,000 lbs # C60712. This hitch actually has a greater vertical load limit than the Curt # C61505-52 you were looking at and will provide you with exactly the solution you're looking for at a similar price point.
