Hello , Would the Rhino-Rack XTray Pro Cargo Basket be able to mount a bike with a 9mm quick release front axle? Thanks in advance

As it comes from the factory, the included fork blocks on the # RRRMCB03 XTray pro can accommodate 15mm axles. To carry your bike with the 9mm axle, you'd need to add the Rhino Rack # RRRBCA039 sleeve for 9mm axles. The sleeve is sold separately, and I've linked to it for you.
