Looking at Progressive Dynamics converter and want to know if it is appropriate for my anticipated installation of 3 100ah Renogy smart batteries. Going into a Solitude fifth wheel. I also need the cables to hook batteries together, do you have those? Would be installing for as short a run as possible. Next ? ...I have the Renogy 200 w Solar suitcase, which is likely inaequate to maintain a full charge on 3 batteries, but will it be adequate to keep me one step aheadinch i.e. slow down battery drain?

Since you have smart batteries which are designed to communicate with smart battery chargers your better option is the Progressive Dynamics Inteli-Power RV Converter and Smart Battery Charger # PD924024A as it's designed for smart batteries. Then for cables to connect the battery bank you'd want the part # DW04362 for the positives and the # DW04365 for negative.
The Renogy 200 watt solar suitcase you have will do a great job keeping the batteries topped off and will minimize battery drain but it would not bring a dead battery bank back to life.
