The K-Source Extendable Panoramic Rearview Mirror # KSRM012 is actually a universal mirror so while I can't tell you right off-hand if it fits your 2016 Honda CR-V EXL (as we haven't tested it), I can tell you that the spring-loaded mounting bracket extends from 2-1/8" to 2-7/8" so if your mirror is within that height range it will fit!
