Can you tell me what the distance between the top and bottom crossbars is? Also, how far apart can the top two bars be spread?

Expert Reply:

The distance from the top of the lower crossbars to the bottom of the top crossbars is 37.5 inches. The top tier crossbars have an adjustable crossbar spread from 4 to 48 inches.
