Question:
A 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport SL is a smaller size body than a standard Rogue and appears to have a different rear lower panel configuration , I.e. the absence of two lower panels shown removed for installing the hitch. 1. Does the installation for a 2018 Rogue Sport differ from that of a standard Rogue under carriage? 2. Do you have a video of install for a 2018 Rogue SPORT model? Thank you for your anticipated reply.

Draw Tite makes a hitch specifically for the Sport SL models of the 2018 Nissan Rogue with the part # 76177 which is what you'd want over the # 75758 you mentioned.
I attached a picture of this hitch installed on a similar 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport as well as an install video for you to check out on the same vehicle that would show the same process as your 2018 model.
