Is there a hitch pin that secures the rack through the receiver in 1 1/4inch setting?

The same hitch pin is used on the Inno Tire Hold 2 Bike Platform Rack # INH120 when used in the 2 inch and the 1-1/4 inch configuration actually. I attached a picture that shows the pin and the 2 inch adapter in relation to the shank of the rack as well as a review video for you to check out.
