what front mount trailer hitch do you recommend for my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon JL, gonna use it to plow mostly but may also mount a winch.

The front mount trailer hitch I recommend for a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon JL is the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 65079 because when compared to the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C31086 takes less time to install and also requires less cutting to the plastic under-body panel. I have attached an install photo for you which as you can see will not limit ground clearance. Please note, the steel skid shield will need to be removed but there is no way around this.
The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver will then allow you to back up a trailer, mount a winch with a hitch mounted winch tray like the Bulldog Winch Hitch Mounted Winch Mounting Plate part # BDW20011 or install a snow plow.
