Availability of Replacement Triangular Motor Knob for Fan-Tastic Vent

Question:
I need a replacement part for my RV fantastic vent motor/knob. I know the vent has rain detection, but I don’t know much else. I am submitting a picture with the piece and it’s number to see if it’s possible to get a replacement for it. Any help is very much appreciated.

I reached out to my contact at Fan-Tastic Vent and he was able to identify the specific model vent you have, which uses the triangular motor with the thumb slide and knob. Unfortunately this particular knob/motor is no longer produced, You might have luck finding a used part, and for reference the actual part number for the knob you need is K6055-81.
Otherwise your only option is to replace the entire vent assembly with a new/current model. This is probably the best solution too since any other part you might need down the line is going to be just as difficult to find.
For a full replacement I recommend the Fan-Tastic Roof Vent # FV807350, which features the rain sensor you have on your current unit, a reversible fan that can push air out or pull fresh air in, and a convenient digital remote for easy operation. I have attached a short video review as well.
