Will the Derale Transmission Pan # D14208 Fit a 2000 Ford Excursion with 4R100 Transmission

Question:
i have a 2000 ford excursion with a v10 gas motor and a 4r100 trans.. Just wondering if this pan will fit? Derales website says fits most. I know that the diesel 4r100 and gas 4r100 have different bellhousing bolt patterns , but not sure about the pan bolt patterns.

Derale has indicated that transmission cooler pan, # D14208 will fit the Ford diesel motors or gas motors if they have the 4R100 transmission. They do not have different models depending on the engine type, just transmission type.
