Can Lockstrap be cut with a small grinder ?

If someone had enough time with the Lockstraps Cam Buckle Strap # LS101 and a grinder they would be able to cut through it. This is a stainless steel reinforced strap though so it wouldn't be an easy task. In general this will stop nearly all casual thieves but maybe not a thief who has time to prepare.
