The best solution we have for the factory raised rails of your 2019 Subaru Forester is the Rhino-Rack Pioneer SX Platform Rack # JA9133 which attaches directly to your raised rails and provides a flat platform that measures 60 inches long and 49 inches wide. This would be perfect for carrying the carpeted walls you mentioned that measure 24 inches by 72 inches. It installs easily, is very sturdy, and looks great too.

Then for an eye bolt kit that can be used as anchor points for straps on the tray we have the part # RR43178 which would work really well with some ratchet tie downs like # RRRTDH3 for a set of two.
