Will the Thule Hull A Port Pro 835 Pro fit a 2018 Toyota 4 Runner factory roof rack with factory cross bars? Thanks.

The Thule Hull-A-Port Pro 835PRO uses the same mounting hardware as the Thule Hull-A-Port # TH834 which fits most factory crossbars but needs the Watersports Adapter # THXADAPT11 if your factory crossbars are at least 3-1/8" wide of 1-1/8" tall. If the crossbars on your 2018 Toyota 4Runner measure under that then you should be good without the adapter.
