I have a 2020 shortbed Chevy Colorado crew cab, with bed liner and four tie down eyelets. Would this be a good fit?

I do have an option for you but the Curt Stretchable Cargo Net part # C18201 will not stretch the length or width of your 5 foot bed on the Colorado.
Instead, I recommend Erickson Stretchable Truck Bed Cargo Net part # EM01015 which is big enough to fit the truck bed and can be used with tie downs.
