If you are wanting to use 2-6 volt batteries to start the generator you would just wire them in series and attach them to the generator like your starter battery attaches. Since I am not sure how your starter battery attaches, you would attach the batteries the same way as your starter battery attaches to your particular generator. I have attached a diagram for your reference.

If you are trying to charge 2- 6 volt batteries with the generator, I recommend NOCO Genius UltraSafe Battery Charger and Maintainer part # 329-G4 but you would not wire them in series. The batteries would be charged individually from the included attachment points on the charger. I recommend this charger because it is safe for 6 volt batteries.
