First, located the taillight wiring behind one of the taillights on the 2004 Lexus RX330. Then, use a circuit tester, like # PTW2993, to probe each of the wires until you find the one that carries a signal when the vehicle is placed in reverse.
You will need to have someone sit in the vehicle cab and put it in reverse. It is a good idea to apply the emergency brake, regular brakes, and even chock the wheels to prevent the vehicle from moving while in reverse.
Once you have found the correct wire, use the included quick splice connector that comes with # 47515 to attach the blue wire to the reverse light wire. I have included a link to a video that shows a typical installation for you.
