Is Pop & Lock PAL8600 Compatible with Honda OEM Manual Lock

I have ordered the PAL 8600 however, got to thinking I didnt want to chance the tailgate being locked and have any malfunction and not be able to open. I have ordered the Honda manual lock with handle same color as my truck. Question: Will the 8600 work with the Honda manual lock, as yours does..? Thanks

I have a couple options for you but the Pop & Lock # PAL8600 works only with a factory handle without a lock so it's not compatible with the OEM Honda manual lock you ordered. I confirmed this with Pop & Lock.
For a complete system with both the manual and powered lock options, the # PL8675 is what you need. This system is fully compatible with your factory backup camera as well.
The other option is to use the # PAL8600 you've already purchased in conjunction with # PL6250 to have both the power and manual locking options.
