Do I need wiring for the LED lights on the Thule Vector M Rooftop Cargo Box or any tools for install?

The built-in LED lights on the Thule Vector M Rooftop Cargo Box part # TH613201 are powered by 3 L92 AAA lithium-ion batteries which are included. Lithium-ion batteries are known for lasting 8 times longer than tradional alkaline cell batteries. There are not any tools required for putting the Thule Vector M on the roof rack because of it's PowerClick clamps. You simply turn the dials until they click to secure the mounting clamps on your cross rack.

The clicking doesn’t work. Just got a brand new Thule Vector M and only two of the four locks click, and that only intermittently. Lights also don’t work.
