Yes, the Hopkins Active Tail Light Converter with Install Kit # 46255 is compatible with LED trailer lights, though to add a 4-way to your 2014 Chevy Cruze I highly recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118508 because it is designed specifically to fit your Cruze, and requires only that you plug it into connection points in your Chevy's tail light harness and run a hot lead to your battery. If you plan on doing some light towing with your 2014 Chevy Cruze you will also need to add Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 24882, Ball Mount # 3593 and 1-7/8" Hitch Ball # 19256 or 2" Hitch Ball # 19258 depending on the size of your trailer's coupler.
