We have options for you, though I checked with Yakima as well as Thule, and they do not have any of their rooftop cargo boxes, including the Yakima SkyBox 18 # Y07336 you referenced, as a fit on a 2018 Toyota 4Runner. The reason for this is the factory crossbars of the 4Runner are very low, and the clamps used to secure these rooftop boxes may not be able to completely wrap around the bars, not allowing the cargo boxes to be fully secure to the rack.

What I recommend instead is going to a rooftop cargo bag, the Thule Interstate Rooftop Cargo Bag # TH869 because this is by far the best value for a rooftop bag. The reason for that is the bag is made of a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material, which is just a fancy way for Thule to say it is extremely durable. This is important because with the bag being outside in the elements (it is water-resistant), and traveling at high speeds, a high-quality bag is really important.
