Does Amperage Double When A-iPower Generators are Wired in Parallel

Question:
When operating these generators in parallel operation does this double the amp output from 13 amps to 26 amps ? A-IPower 2000 watt inverter generator.

When wiring anything in parallel you double the amperage so yes, when the two generators of the A-Ipower generator kit part # 289-SUA2000i-2 are ran together in parallel you do get 26 amps of AC power. When something is wired in series instead the voltage is doubled but the amperage stays the same.
