To replace the under cover strips on your Rola APE Series Roof Rack 59713 you can use the Replacement Rubber Buffer Strips for Rola APE Series Roof Rack Crossbars # 59746 . These come in 19" long strips with 2 in a package and will mount in the universal T-slots of your Rola crossbars.
