Can this trailer be configured with 86 inch crossbars for the second level and the mega wing carriers and without the two storage boxes? Thanks

While we don't have the ability to really customize the Malone trailers, I do have a solution that gets you what you are looking for with the Malone MegaSport 2 Tier Trailer with MegaWing Kayak Cradles # MPG550-TM.
If you use the Malone MegaSport Outfitter 3 Tier Trailer for Boat Fleet # MPG550-O (which has 2 sets of the 86" crossbars) you can then install 4 sets of the Malone MegaWing Sit-On-Top Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs # MPG207 with 2 on the bottom crossbar and 2 on the middle crossbar. So this configuration gets you the carriers that you want plus it leaves enough room for an additional kayak on the very top crossbar.
