Even Brake Portable Proportional Braking System on 1993 Honda Civic Hatchback

Question:

Pleae help me understand this. It says the car must have power brakes. Does a 1993 Honda Civic Hatchback have the required power Brakes?

Yes the 1993 Honda civic has power brakes. If a car does not have power
brakes the brake pedal acts the same when the car is running or not. On
a car with power brakes, the pedal is much, much harder to push when the
vehicle is not running. This system does not require the car to be
running so the Even Brake must apply a greater amount of pressure to the
pedal and that pressure would be too much for a car without power
brakes. This is an excellent system for safety and conservation of the
brakes on both vehicles. If I can help further let me know.
