Will the Thule Force XT Rooftop Cargo Box Fit a 2013 Nissan Xterra

Question:
Hello, I’m looking to buy a Thule Force XT Rooftop Carrier Box. My vehicle is a 2013 Nissan Xterra. Will the Thule Power-Click Quick-Mount System attach to my factory Nissan roof crossbars? Will the Thule Force XT XXL fit on my vehicle without preventing the tailgate from fully opening, or do I need a shorter carrier like the Thule Force XT XL carrier? Thank you

I checked with Thule and they do list the Thule Force XT Rooftop Cargo Box part # TH6359B as a fit for the factory roof rack on your 2013 Nissan Xterra. In regards to hatch clearance, you will need to have at least 54-3/4" from the center of the front crossbar to the rear edge of the hatch while open. If you don't have this much room which you should then the Thule Force XT Rooftop Cargo Box part # TH6358B is the next size down and only requires 51-1/8" from the center of the front crossbar to the rear edge of the hatch while open.
