The Thule and Rhino Rack roof rack components cannot mix. So what you would need to install your Thule aero shaped crossbars on the roof of your 2019 Toyota Highlander that has a naked roof is the foot pack part # TH480R and the fit kit part # THKIT1803 and you'd be set. Normally you'd also use their 60 inch load bar part # TH711520 as well.
