I have a Karrite 1300 cargo box and some of the hardware has rusted so its hard to get it on the bars can i replace it I also need a new key it says 2824

Yes, we have the replacement mounting hardware you need for the Karrite 1300 with part # 1032802 according to Thule.
The replacement key is Thule replacement key (they manufactured the sears Karrite boxes) part # THKEYN2824.
