Hello - Will the firestone kit 2708 work with a 2019 F450 that has the factory 5th wheel prep package? I dont use the 5th wheel, the truck is just prepped for a 5th wheel.

Yes, the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle part # F2708 is compatible with all models of the 2019 Ford F-450 Super Duty even with an in-bed hitch because they do not install in the same spot as the fifth wheel setup like other air bags.

The Firestone kit will work well for you to level out the suspension of your truck while towing and create a more comfortable ride for you. I do recommend to get an air compressor system part # F56VV so that you can inflate the air bags on the go instead of stopping at a gas station. The kit also comes with a convenient remote so you can inflate the bags inside or outside the cab if you choose to.
