Replacement 15,000 BTU Ducted Atwood Air Command Air Conditioner

Question:
I was told on the phone by a domestic Rv ac repair shop in Tucson that this unit cannot be serviced since it is a sealed unit I am showing an E-4 error code and this shop says it is a 15000 btu unit Is this in fact serviceable, it takes R410 freon They are also saying it’s $1100 list price I see the 13500 btu is $800+ From you Do you have a 15k btu unit available and price please What is the weight of the unit that goes in the roof Thanks for your help

If the repair shop said that the Atwood Air Command Rooftop RV Air Conditioner - 11.3 Amps - 13,500 Btu # AT15027-22 was not serviceable then I would not be able to tell you otherwise as they are in a much better position to determine that.
We do have 15,000 BTU ducted units, the Atwood Air Command Rooftop RV Air Conditioner w/ Heat Pump - 15,000 Btu - Ducted - Black # AT15033-22 or White # AT15028-22; you can see the prices of these units on the individual product pages.
In regards to how heavy it is, the weight of the unit that goes on the roof is approximately 85 lbs.
