In general yes, a Thule bike rack that fits a 2012 Toyota Corolla will also fit a 2015 Corolla. There are a few different styles of Thule bike racks like hitch racks, roof racks, trunk racks, etc. Something makes me think you might actually be asking about if a Thule roof rack from a 2012 Corolla would fit a 2015 Corolla. The answer to that is no though.
A 2012 Thule roof rack with aero bars consists of # TH711220, # TH480R, and # THKIT1515 whereas for the 2015 model you'd want the # TH711420, # TH710501, and # TH145148.
