I am looking for one boot as in picture to fit on my 3016 honda fit. I have the bars and three boots. Im hoping these will work on my honda. Please advise.

The replacement cover for your Thule Aero Foot Pack # 753-3260 is part # 753-2343-02. If you need to remove the current lock core then you also need the Universal Change Key # 853-1251. To replace your lock core and/or your key you need parts # THLOCKN065 and # THKEYN065 respectively.
This roof rack was discontinued back in 2015 when your 2016 Honda Fit was manufactured and when I reached out to my contact at Thule she said that they stopped adding fits for it in 2012 so there isn't a way to install it on your Honda Fit that we know of.
If you want the square bar design then you need parts # TH712200, # TH710501, and #TH145152. For an upgraded aero-style crossbar you can use part # TH711220 instead of part # TH712200.
