Installing Brake Controller on 2006 Ford F-53 Chassis
Question:
Is there a wire installed from the brake controller plug to the rear of a 2006 Ford F53? If so, where is it?

In order to install a brake controller like the Tekonsha Voyager # 39510 you were looking at on your 2006 Ford F-53 chassis you just need the Plug-In Adapter # 3035-P for the factory port behind the dash and the Hopkins Adapter # 37185 to complete the wiring at the rear bumper.
The brake output wire should indeed already be ran from the factory port behind the dash back to the bumper. This blue brake wire is likely bundled up with other wiring along the frame rail toward the rear. You may need to look a bit further up towards the front of the chassis when searching for the wiring.
If you still have trouble locating this please let me know and I will be happy to look into this further.
