Question:
Jack was extending, stopped to check base foot location, went back to engage switch again, no movement or noise, DEAD. Next day engaged switch, started moving, then slowed down to a craw, then stopped completely. Able to manually crank up/down. Switch, Circuit Breaker or Motor bad?

There could be a few reasons why the Lippert Components High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack part # LC298707 stopped extending. The most common reason is the battery is dead and needs to be charged. If your battery is charged then the circuit breaker may be tripped. You can test the breaker by testing the wire before and after the breaker with a circuit tester. If it has power one one side and not the other side then you know the circuit breaker is bad.
It doesn't sound like the the switch is the issue because it did start moving when you engaged the switch. You may need a new motor and it is tripping the breaker. You can use replacement motor part # LC352338.
