Spare Tire Bike Rack for 2005 Jeep Wrangler

I have a 2 inch extension for my bike rack. I would like to mount it to the spare tire.

I am not 100 percent certain what you are asking, though if you are looking to mount a bike rack to the spare tire you can certainly do so, but it requires a bike rack that is specifically designed for this function. What that means is you would not be able to mount a bike rack made for a trailer hitch to your 2005 Jeep Wrangler, you would need to use the following spare tire bike rack, which is a confirmed fit for an '05 Wrangler:
