Good afternoon Just wondering if the part listed above will fit a 2002 suburban 1500, with barn doors. If not, do you guys offer a custom build for it? Please respond at your earliest convenience.

I looked up the attachment style of the current third brake light you have on your 2002 Chevy Suburban and it uses a style different from the Rear View Safety Third Brake Light with Camera # RVS-917. The mirror you have has mounting flanges below the light and this has mounting holes that go through the light assembly. So this could probably be made to fit your vehicle but it's up to you if you'd be willing to make the needed modifications to make it happen.
We don't have a more likely fit for your vehicle either.
Your best option is probably mounting a dedicated camera to the rear of the vehicle with the # RVS-771 instead and keeping the rear light you have now. You could use the mirror monitor part # RVS-718-3SC too and you'd have a way to easily view the camera through the mirror.
