I have a 2008 Honda Element with OEM racks. Which cargo box fits best? I dont want to fiddle with adjustments etc. and want a proper and secure fit as well as easy installment. Thanks.

Yakima roof cargo boxes are confirmed as a fit for the factory crossbars of your 2008 Honda Element and they are very easy to install. You don't have to worry about messing with awkward u-bolt or difficult adjustment knobs at all.
For a 16 cubic foot box we have the Yakima Skybox NX 16 part # Y95AV.
I attached a review video for the Skybox line which shows how easy they are to install and use.
