What Do Two Blue Wires of Atwood Air Command AC Unit Run to

Question:
I have a unit that has the red and black wires and two blue ones that say thermostat. But in the diagrams it shows for furnace. Not using a furnace and the thermostat is the quick connection 4 wire someone Hooke this up with the two blue wires but spliced together I have power 120 and 12volt to display and not running

The two blue wires should only be ran to a furnace if present. Since you do not have one you'd leave those unconnected. It is odd yours are labelled thermostat as they are for a furnace and you do have the correct thermostat wiring already present.
I attached a wiring diagram for you to check out as well but it sounds like you may have seen it already.
